As a talent development consultant with over 17 years of experience helping people navigate career changes and challenges, I work with organizations to cultivate connected and engaged teams that achieve more together than they could alone.
With a career spanning both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, I’ve had the privilege of becoming a trusted mentor to leaders at every stage of their careers. From my start in education and coaching to my leadership in talent development, my career has been focused on equipping people to know their unique value and advocate for themselves and others. My perspective is informed by my multicultural and multilingual experience, along with a commitment to expand equity in the workplace.
Working with teams to build stronger connections and addressing the core issues that result in real transformation is what motivates me. I know that the most effective teams function as greater than the sum of their parts, which is why I created the 3C method to support leaders in establishing a foundation of compassion, connection, and communication for their teams.
